I am from Barceona in Catalunya, Spain. We are the "catalans", and have a lot of cultural customs. Any of this, consist to "hunting" mushrooms, and well done a lot of tipycal dishes. We likes a lot the tipycal mushroom good named "rovelló": Lactarius deliciosus. If you can find it, cooking in a oven roast dishes with roast meat. Enric.
